I finally found the perfect house, and I owe it all to Chandra.
My journey started 10 months ago with Chandra. I was interested in purchasing property but not quite ready to take the plunge. Chandra understood that and was very patient and stuck with me. We visited countless properties, and I never once felt pressured by him.
One thing about Chandra was he genuinely looked out after me. This being the first time moving out of my parent’s house, I knew nothing about looking for property. I was blinded by superficially things; "WOW, remolded kitchen and new paint!" Any other agent would have taken advantage of me for a quick sale. Not Chandra, he taught me to view the bigger picture.
